Welcome to our Home

It is our aim to help you have a comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable stay. This is a modern bungalow, tastefully decorated. It is situated 5 miles away (on the A1079) from the Historic City of York with its Medieval Streets and Major tourist attractions.

Bed & Breakfast

We have 3 rooms, one double en-suite, one twin en-suite and one twin with use of bathroom,(this room is ideal for children being next door to the double).

The rooms have:

• Hair Dryer
• Iron available on request
• Travel cot available

The rooms are fully equipped but if you do not want to spend your time in the bedroom you could always make use of the comfortable lounge. 

The Breakfast   

Served in the dining area, where you can help yourself to a choice of cereal and fruit juice followed by a hearty English Breakfast of bacon, egg, sausage, tomato etc and as much toast and preserve as required, served with tea or coffee at your own table.

Double from £30 pppn

Arrival between 4-6pm unless otherwise agreed, and leaving 10am on morning of departure.
